In an emergency, how do I reach the doctor after hours?
Call 877-3226 or 756-3599, our answering service will forward the information to our doctor on call.
If I need x-rays, where are they taken?
We are able to perform most x-ray services in our offices.
How do I obtain a refill on my medication?
Please don't wait until medications run out. Call the office at least one full business day prior to needing the refill.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept most insurance plans in the area, including but not limited to: Aetna, BC/BS, Cigna, Celtic, Medicare, Medicaid, Sacannah Business Group, State Merit, Tricare, and United Health. We also participate with many local Workers' Compensation plans. You may contact your insurance carrier to find out if we participate with your plan. If not, in many cases we can still see you as an out of network provider.
When must I make payments or copayments?
Payments are due at the time of service being rendered. We do accept co-payments prior to service.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
